Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Aura. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., swimwear or underwear) are also non-returnable unless defective.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please:
Contact our team at hello@aurabyheaven.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Wait for our confirmation and instructions on how to send your item back.
Ship the item using the return label (if applicable) or a trackable method of your choice.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order for the desired item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Send a photo and description to hello@aurabyheaven.com, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or credit card company.
If it still hasn’t posted after 10 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate the issue.
